POM: Plastic segments of Acetal with low friction factor (LF).

SS: Radius chain stainless steel 3/4” DIN 8187-1/ISO 606, with traction power 29.000Ν.   

Use:

Belt’s with  Radius flexibility with segmentsΤΑΒ, flat and smooth surface, made of the material POM, with chain 12B-1 (3/4”) of S.S.AISI 304.

Suitable for the conveyance of hard and heavy loads, in flat or inclined conveyors. The high traction power of the metallic chain, on which the belts S885K8 are “mounted”, gives them the capacity to function in very rough conditions, such as on conveyors with very big lengths, on conveyors with one or more curves, on conveyors with spiral shape, (towers), on worm conveyors, etc.

Escalator Flights: They can be installed on the chain and have a height of 15 mm, and give the capacity to use the belt on inclined conveyors.

Other materials: The belt can be produced also of other materials (according to the functioning conditions), under special order.
